Hair Fetish Couture Appointment Policies

At Hair Fetish Couture, we value the time of every guest and strive to provide a luxury, uninterrupted salon experience. To ensure fairness to all clients and stylists, the following policies are in place.

Service Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you have concerns about your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may review and schedule a service correction if appropriate.

Please note:

  • Corrections must relate to the original service performed.

  • Requests for a different style or new service will require additional charges.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Hair Preparation Policy

To ensure the best results for your service, clients must arrive with their hair properly prepared according to the service booked.

Clients must arrive with hair that is:

  • Free of heavy product buildup

  • Completely detangled

  • Free of braids, twists, or previous styles unless otherwise instructed

If a client arrives with hair that requires additional detangling, washing, or preparation beyond what was scheduled, the following may occur:

  • An additional service fee may be added

  • The appointment may need to be rescheduled

  • The original service may need to be adjusted based on time availability

Hair Fetish Couture reserves the right to refuse services if the hair condition prevents the service from being performed safely or effectively.

Late Arrival Policy

Hair Fetish Couture values the time reserved for each guest. Appointment times are specifically reserved and cannot always be filled at short notice. We ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. • If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, the full-service price will still apply. • Arriving late may require adjusting or shortening the service to avoid delaying the next client.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time for consultation and preparation.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice.

  • No-show appointments will result in the loss of the deposit.

  • Clients who no-show may be required to prepay in full for future appointments before booking again.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future booking privileges.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may result in the loss of the deposit. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Policy Agreement

By booking this appointment with Hair Fetish Couture, you acknowledge that all salon policies including deposits, cancellations, and refunds have been read and agreed to.
